If I could select 0 stars I would. Do not trust JSL. They are completely unreliable and will ruin your business once your contract ends. At first, they make it seem like they’re offering real support, but when it comes to the long-term, their overpriced services leave you stranded and set back. JSL is not a partner you can rely on — they’re expensive, unprofessional, and only care about taking your money without delivering lasting value. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for genuine, trustworthy service providers.
We've been working with JSL Media for over 10yrs now. The communication has always been clear; response times are quick and very efficient.
