Bad after sales from what it sounds
Terrible after sales service, purchased air conditioners in November, broke down in December, waited 9 weeks for warranty to fix board and fan motor. was told this is normal, airconditioners still not working, 2nd call out happened after much complaints, tried to charge me for 2nd call out when part of the call out was to fix the louvre motor (company said it was my fault this was not working because air filters blocked). Now they have threatened to void the warranty because I refused to pay the bill after only using air con... read more
